Two injured in Tuesday crash on US62 at McCubbins Lane

Tuesday, June 11, 2013, 6:05 p.m. — Two people were injured Tuesday evening at about 4:55 p.m. in a two-car collision on Boston Road and McCubbins Lane. A four-door Buick and a small white car were involved in the collision. Nelson County EMS transported a 50-year-old man who complained of left side and shoulder pain, and an 18-year-old woman who complained of chest pain, possibly from the air bag deployment. Both were transported to Flaget Memorial Hospital for treatment. The Bardstown Fire Department also responded to the scene. Two male subjects were transported to the hospital by the deputy sheriff investigating the crash.
