Robert Frank Garrett, 19, theft by unlawful taking or disposition – contents from auto; theft by unlawful taking or disposition – firearm; unlawful transaction with a minor, second-degree.

Melanie Arnold-Zeitz, 19, theft by unlawful taking or disposition – all others; criminal mischief, third-degree.

David Allen Hamilton, 46, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree, less than 4 grams cocaine; trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 ounces; persistent felony offender, first-degree; possession of drug paraphernalia; contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Steven P. Rapier, 52, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree, 10 or more dosage units, opiates; possession of drug paraphernalia.

Leroy Dustin Tingle, 32, fleeing or evading police, first-degree (motor vehicle); fleeing or evading police, second-degree (on foot); wanton endangerment, second-degree, police officer; wanton endangerment, first-degree, police officer; operating on a suspended or revoked operators license; resisting arrest; criminal mischief, third-degree; reckless driving; speeding, 26 mph or more over speed limit.

Lynn Marie Hall, 46, no registration receipt; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security.
