MARY LOU RITCHIE MUDD

Mary Lou Ritchie Mudd, 73, of Bardstown, died Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at her home. She was born May 26, 1940, in Nelson County. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Lee and Catherine Ritchie; three brothers, Roy Lee Ritchie Jr., Jackie Beam Ritchie, and Ernie Ritchie; and two sisters, Patsy Silloway, and Sara Elizabeth Johnson.

She is survived by her husband, Ivo M. Mudd of Bardstown; five daughters, Diane Clark, Debbie Green, Denise (Robbie) Millsap, and Dana (Mike) Roby, all of Bardstown, and Donna (Barry) Gentry of Mount Washington; two sons, Jimmy (Marcie) Mudd of Mascoutah, Ill., and Ivo M.(Paula) Mudd Jr. of Bardstown; two sisters, Catherine Crume of Bardstown, and Sondra Nix of Boston;
two brothers, Lawrence Ritchie of Jeffersonville, Ind., and Joe Ritchie of Bloomfield; 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral is 1 p.m. Sunday, June 23, 2013, at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in Highland Memory Gardens cemetery in Mount Washington. Deacon Sam Filiatreau will officiate.

Visitation is 1–8 p.m. Saturday, June 22, 2013, and 11 a.m.= 1 p.m. Sunday, June 23, 2013, at Barlow Funeral Home.

Memorial contributions may go to Hospice of Nelson County or Beading To Beat Autism.

Barlow Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
