Joshua Daniel Coulter, 25, possession of a defaced firearm.

Betty Kay Walker, 56, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order (3 counts).

Antonia Eugune Lugo, 34, alcohol intoxication in a public place.

Akeem Eugene Thornton, 24, assault, fourth-degree (minor injury).
