Nelson Circuit Court Indictments-June 19, 2013

Friday, June 21, 2013 – The following people were indicted by a Nelson County grand jury on Wednesday, June 19, 2013. They are set for arraignment on Thursday, July 5, 2013, unless otherwise indicated.
13-CR-130. Donnie Lee Hazelwood, 54, theft by unlawful taking.
According to the indictment, on April 19, 2013, Hazelwood allegedly took five pairs of western-style boots from Tractor Supply having a value of $500 or more but less than $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
13-CR-131. Robert Estill Girdley, 27, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (2 counts); trafficking in controlled substances within 1,000 feet of a school; possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts).
According to the indictment, on Aug. 22, 2012 and Sept. 26, 2012, Girdley allegedly sold cocaine to a confidential source. The allegedly sale of cocaine on Aug. 22, 2012, took place within 1,000 feet of Bethlehem High School. Girdley also allegedly possessed drug paraphernalia on both dates. Bail was set at $20,000 cash only, plus conditions.
13-CR-132. William Gerald Morris, 35, flagrant non-support.
According to the indictment, from Sept. 1, 2004 through May 31, 2013, Morris allegedly failed to provide support he was ordered to pay, resulting in an arrearage of $6,970. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
13-CR-134. Paul Jarrod Barnes, 32, Possession of controlled substances, first-degree; possession of drug paraphernalia; persistent felony offender, second-degree.
According to the indictment, on April 11, 2013, Barnes allegedly possessed morphine and drug paraphernalia. The indictment cites Barnes’ earlier felony conviction as basis for the persistent felony offender, second-degree, charge. Bail was set at $20,000 cash only, plus conditions.
13-CR-137. William Richard Smith, 26, flagrant non-support.
According to the indictment, from Jan. 13 to May 13, 2013, Smith allegedly failed to provide support he was ordered to pay, resulting in an arrearage of $1,603.45. Bail was set at $2,500 cash only, plus conditions.
13-CR-139. Sarah Renae Milton, 45, unlawful access to computer, first-degree; theft by unlawful taking.
According to the indictment, from Feb. 1 to March 31, 2013, Milton allegedly used access to a computer, software, network or computer system to fraudulently obtain cash belonging to Henson Exteriors, LLC having a value of $500 or more but less than $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
13-CR-140. William Dewayne Clark, 28, possession of a forged instrument, second-degree (10 counts); unlawful access to a computer, first-degree; theft of identity of another without consent.
According to the indictment, on March 15, 17, 19, ,21, 22, 25, 27, 28, and April 1 and 4, Clark allegedly passed forged checks totaling $3,810 written on another person’s account. The indictment further alleges at some time from March 5-April 8, 2013, Clark allegedly obtained money, property or services by means of false or fraudulent pretenses and applied for a loan in another person’s name. Bail was set at $20,000 cash only, plus conditions.
13-CR-141. Lisa Nicole Vicardo, 22, burglary, second-degree (2 counts); receiving stolen property.
According to the indictment, between May 9-13, 2013, Vicardo allegedly entered the residence of another person with the intent to commit a crime. The indictment further alleges Vicardo received, retained or disposed of property belonging to another person having a value of $500 or more but less than $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000 cash only, plus conditions.
