Eli Stuart Thompson, 61, Louisville, formerly of Lebanon

Eli Stuart Thompson, 61, of Louisville, formerly of Lebanon, died Monday, June 24, 2013, at Norton Audubon Hospital. He was born in Lebanon and was owner and operator of E. Stuart Thompson Investment Consulting Services. He graduated with a B.S. accounting degree from the University of Kentucky. He also had a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bellarmine University. He was also an avid U.K. fan and loyal member of #BBN. He brought much laughter and fun to so many and was loved and adored by all.

He was preceded in death by his father, Frank J. Thompson, Sr.; one sister-in-law, Harriet Thompson.

He is survived by his wife, Emma Gray Thompson; “Moma”, Mary George Thompson; two daughters, Trisha Ann Inman and Mary-Stuart Thompson; one sister, AnnCoury Mulloy; three brothers, Frank J. Thompson, Jr. (Aletia), Mitchell Thompson (Mary) and Tim Thompson (Barbara); one cousin, Jan Shaheen; three grandchildren, Stuart Inman, Peyton Inman and Sloan Gay; and several nieces, nephews and other cousins.

The Mass of Chrisitian Burial is 11 a.m. Thursday, June 27, 2013, at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 235 South Spalding Ave., Lebanon, with burial in the church cemetery.

Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 26, 2013, at Highlands Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Rd., Louisville.

Expressions of sympathy may be made to the St. Augustine Catholic School in Lebanon, KY.

Highlands Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
