Dustin Clifford Hall, 18, trafficking in marijuana, 8 ounces to less than 5 pounds; prescription controlled substance not in proper container; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana.
Elizabeth Mattingly, 48, disorderly conduct, second-degree; resisting arrest.
Jacob W. Wheatley, 18, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol under 21 years of age; failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security; no registration plates; no registration receipt.
