Lisa Ann Lewis, 40, failure to appear (3 counts); non-payment of fines.
Carl William Sparrow, 36, flagrant non-support.
Brandie Michelle Hahn, 28, trafficking controlled substances, first-degree, less than 4 grams cocaine and complicity to same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to same.

Joseph Alan Simpson, 27, probation violation (for felony offense).
Michael Clayton Thomas, 20, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; possession of open alcohol beverage container in motor vehicle.
