TERRY D. ‘ICE CREAM LADY’ SOULTES
Terry D. “Ice Cream Lady” Souleotes, 62, of Bardstown, died Monday July 22, 2013, at Flaget Memorial Hospital. She was born May 19, 1951, in Louisville. She was an ice cream vendor for the Bardstown area.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Inigene Samuels; one son, Lonnie Samuels; and one sister, Rose Long.
She is survived by her husband, Louis Souleotes of Pinson, Ala.; two daughters, Lisa Moran of Bloomfield, and Teresa Moran of Bardstown; two sisters, Ruth Williams and Sue Puckett both of Louisville; one brother, Dave Samuels of Vine Grove; and five grandchildren, Alyson Moran, Britney Moran, Dylan Moran, Robert Moran, and Trista Moran.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at Barlow Funeral Home with cremation to follow. Pastor Leland Parks will officiate.
Visitation is 3–8 p.m. Tuesday, July 23, 2013, and 9–11 a.m. Wednesday, July 24, 2013, at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may go to American Cancer Society.
