Christopher M. Otto, 29, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order (2 counts); failure to register transfer of motor vehicle.
Samantha P. Brothers, 18, criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree, and complicity to same; complicity to theft by unlawful taking or disposition from automobile; complicity to criminal mischief, second-degree; complicity to criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree.
Eugene C. Mattingly, 50, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.
Stephen Elliott Jewell, 34, operating on a suspended or revoked operators license.
Francis C. Mattingly, 51, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; possession of open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.
