Charles Jeremy Blake, 24, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting.

Michael Anthony White, 36, flagrant non-support; persistent felony offender, first-degree.

Jamal D. Wickliffe, 25, trafficking controlled substance, first-degree, first offense-cocaine; persistent felony offender, second-degree.

Michael Paul Brown, 65, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.

Mary Ellen Brown, 59, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.

Joseph Wilbur Bivens, 64, indecent exposure, second-degree; alcohol intoxication in a public place; drinking alcoholic beverage in public place; possession of marijuana.

Chad Bottoms, 29, operating motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc., .08, first offense; obstructed vision and/or windshield.

John D. Brunhammer, 18, trafficking in marijuana-less than 8 ounces; possession of marijuana; tampering with physical evidence; failure to or improper signal.

Kimberly R. Winchell, 51, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order; theft by deception-include cold checks under $500; failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor.
