3 injured in two-vehicle crash Friday on Springfield Road at BG overpass

Saturday, Aug. 3, 2013, 9 p.m. — Three people were injured Friday evening in a two-vehicle crash on US150 at the Bluegrass Parkway overpass near Walmart. Two Nelson County EMS ambulances responded to the accident. The injured included a 26-year-old woman complaining of neck and back pain, a 7-year-old boy complaining of right shoulder pain, and a three-year-old girl complain of minor shoulder pain.

Both lanes of US150 were blocked for about 25 minutes until the vehicle and victims were removed from the scene.
