Tuesday’s ‘Brooks & Co.’ to focus on proposed Bluegrass Pipeline

Monday, Aug. 12, 2013, 9 p.m. — Tune in to “Brooks & Company” Tuesday antipipelinemorning from 11 to noon for a discussion about the proposed Bluegrass Pipeline.

Host Jim Brooks’ guests Tuesday morning will be local property owners who oppose the pipeline, which — as proposed — will travel the entire length of Nelson County’s eastern border.

Residents along the pipeline’s proposed path have expressed concerns about how the pipeline will affect their property values, the environment, the possibility of leaks, explosions or other accidents.

Tune it Tuesday from 11 to noon on WBRT 1320 AM, 97.1 FM or streaming live on the web at NelsonCountyGazette.com or WBRTCountry.com. You can also catch the videotape broadcast of the show Tuesday evening after 6:30 on BRTV, Bardstown Cable channel 19.
