Stanley Derek McDowell, 42, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order (2 counts).

Amanda Lucille Swift, 26, person under 18 distributing cigarettes or tobacco products to a minor; false statement, ID/financial conditions to get credit card; forgery, second-degree; receiving stolen property under $10,000.

Stephen Neal Reynolds, 46, failure to appear (2 counts).

Charles Henry Chaney, 47, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.
