Chad O’Bryan Milby, 42, manufacturing methamphetamine; unlawful distribution of a meth precursor.

Aug. 17, 2013

Tiffiny Nicole Kidwell, 24, public intoxication, controlled substance (excludes alcohol).

Aaron Scott Hypes, 31, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree, (less than 10 dosage units, unspecified Schedule 1 and 2); trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree (less than 10 dosesage units of a date rape drug); prescription controlled substance not in proper container; assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury; non-payment of fines (2 counts).
