April 1, 2011

Roger Raymond Burton, 33, probation violation (for felony offense); contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Christopher G. Evans, 33, failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor.

Sharon Kay Sharp, 48, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting.

Richard D. Castleman, 18, disorderly conduct, second-degree.

Wesley Scott James, 20, possession of marijuana; buy/possess drug paraphernalia; failure to wear seat belts.

Mary Margaret Bowman, 48, possession controlled substance, first-degree, frist offense – cocaine; tampering with physical evidence; possession of marijuana; buy/possess drug paraphernalia.

Martin R. Barber, 21, disorderly conduct, second-degree; resisting arrest.

William Earl Sharp, 43, alcohol intoxication in a public place.

James Curtis Hardin, 41, operating motor vehicle under influence of alcohol/drugs/etc., .08, first offense.

Terrance Montgomery, 31, trafficking in marijuana, less than 8 ounces, first offense; possession of firearm by convicted felon; fleeing or evading police, first-degree (on foot); resisting arrest.

Isaias Francis Merida, 21, leaving scene of accident/fail to render aid or assistance; no operators/moped license.

Ashley C. Graves, 25, failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor.

Lucas Shaine Proctor, 29, possession of marijuana; buy/possess drug paraphernalia; operating motor vehicle under influence alcohol/drugs/etc., .08 first offense; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security, first offense; improper turning.
