Sept. 10, 2013

Terrell R. Conner, 25, operating on a suspended or revoked operators license; speeding, 20 mph over limit.

Ronald Patrick Riggs, 50, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order; failure to apear.

Jaylin M. Conner, 19, probation violation (for felony offense).

Brandon Eugene Humphrey, 31, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree, 4 or fewer grams cocaine; trafficking in controlled substances, second-degree, fewer than 20 dosage units unspecified Schedule 3 controlled substance; trafficking in controlled substances within 1,000 feet of a school; persistent felony offender, first-degree; possession of drug paraphernalia.

Terry Eugene Walden, 57, probation violation (for felony offense).

Timothy Aaron Ball, 28, manufacturing methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dale Louis Brown, 54, fleeing or evading police, second-degree (on foot); possession of drug paraphernalia; assault, first-degree; persistent felony offender, second-degree; failure to appear.

Melissa Anne Newton, 47, contempt of court, violation of an emergency protection order.

Donald Joseph Hedges, 51, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; reckless driving; failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation.
