Sept. 12, 2013

Jessica Nicole Johnson, 31, possession of controlled substances, first-degree (heroin) and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same.

Justin David Borders, 24, criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree; possession of a controlled substance, first-degree (heroin) and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same.

William Glenn Fulkerson, 45, theft by failure to make required disposition of property.

Virgil Matthew Fugate, 40, theft by unlawful taking or disposition-shoplifting.

Jeremiah Edward, Wing, 29, failure to appear.

Matthew Anthony Lewis, 31, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order (2 counts).

Mark Dustin Lewis, 33, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.
