Selvey James Vittitoe, 34, criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree; theft by unlawful taking or disposition, automobile; criminal mischief, first-degree; persistent felony offender, first-degree.
Charles E. Kresen, 53, failure to appear; contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.
Sean Charles Gamble, 41, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.
