WILLIAM HENRY EVERETTE COBBLE

William Henry Everette Cobble, 67, of Bloomfield, died Monday, Sept. 23, 2013, at his home. He was born April 10, 1946, in Louisville. He was a 32 year employee of Heaven Hill Distilleries and a member of Wakefield Baptist Church where he served as a deacon. He was a member of the Old Kentucky Home Chapter of Order of Eastern Star #436. He was a Bloomfield city councilman for 22 years and was instrumental in overseeing that every home and business had address numbers posted. He also served on the Old Bloomfield Tobacco Festival Committee.

He wa preceded in death by his parents, Jake and Violet Pollard Cobble.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Hahn Cobble; two sons, Robbie Cobble and Joey (Misty) Cobble, both of Bloomfield; four sisters, Patsy Hall and Betty Bray, both of Shepherdsville, Katie Crain of Illinois, and Greathel Faverau of Florida; one brother, Larry Cobble of Illinois; two grandchildren, Mariah Cobble and Logan Cobble; and his mother and father-in-law, Robert and Dora Hahn.

The funeral is noon Thursday, Sept. 26, 2013, at Houghlin Funeral Home with burial in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Bro. Tom Sparrow and Bro. Leland Parks will officiate.

Visitation is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 25, 2013, at the funeral home.
