Arthur Stanley Jr., 54, theft by deception, include cold checks under $500.

James T. Mattingly, 36, possession controlled substance, first-degree (heroin); possession controlled substance, second-degree, drug unspecified; possession of drug paraphernalia; failure to or improper signal.

Sara Marie Shelburne, 21, disordery conduct, second-degree; public intoxication, controlled substance (excludes alcohol).
