Rolling Fork Fire investigating smoke report on Clarktown Road
Friday, Nov. 12, 2010, 5:28 p.m. — The New Hope Fire and Rolling Fork Fire departments are responding to 3035 Clarktown Road for a report of a column of dark smoke rising from a field across from that location.
5:33 p.m. — A New Hope firefighter is on scene and reports the source of the smoke is a controlled burn. The run has been canceled.
