City firefighters responding to field fire on Irish Ridge Road

Monday, Nov. 8, 2:08 p.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department is responding to the area of 1630 Irish Ridge Road for a field fire. The caller reports the fire is about to jump the roadway and getting near a mobile home. Fire units are leaving the last fire location and responding to Irish Ridge. The Northeast Nelson Fire Department is also being called to respond to the Irish Ridge Road fire.
