Fire department called to Maple Hill for smoke coming from a home
Wednesday, April 6, 2011, 1:31 a.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department responded to the 700 block of West Stephen Foster Avenue for a report of heavy smoke behind a home on the south side of the street.
1:36 p.m. — The source of the smoke is a wood-burning stove in a garage located off South Elm Grove. Firefighters’ response is canceled.
