Charles E. Mullins, 42, probation violation (for felony offense).
Gary Wayne Kinder Jr., 22, permitting an unlicensed operator to operate a motor vehicle; failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle; failure to notify address change to Department of Transportation; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security.
Aquita L. Claxton, 26, abandonment of a minor.
Shawn Michael Cecil, 40, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order (2 counts); theft by unlawful taking or disposition, all others; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
