Travis Scott Hill, 24, alcohol intoxication in a public place; disorderly conduct, second-degree.

Amanda C. Snellen, 28, theft by unlawful taking or disposition-shoplifting.

James Edward Mattingly, 19, sexual abuse, second-degree.

Amanda Lynn Blanford, 34, driving on a DUI-suspended license.

Bryan A. Roberts, 29, giving officer a false name or address.
