Darrell Gene Simmons, 19, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting.
Cora Michelle Yearns, 36, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree (methamphetamine) and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same.
Angela Yocum, 35, theft by unlawful taking/disposition, all others (2 counts).
Billy Sebastian Seals, 45, failure to appear.
Melissa Dawn Kays, 35, trafficking controlled substances within 1,000 feet of a school and complicity to the same; trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces) and complicity to the same; drug paraphernalia deliver or manufacture and complicity to the same.
