Bardstown firefighters respond to SUV fire at home on Hayden Drive

Oct. 16, 2013, 9:55 p.m. — The Bardstown Fire Department was called to the 100 block of Hayden Drive for a report of an SUV on fire in the driveway of a residence. The fire was reported at about 9:11 Wednesday evening. The residents in the home were advised to leave the home for their safety. Firefighters arrived to find the truck fully engulfed in flames in the driveway near the home. Fire crews extinguished the fire and were on the scene for about 30 minutes.
