Jeffrey Keith Barnett, 25, assault, second-degree-domestic violence.

Randy Alfred Schwab, 54, terroristic threatening, second-degree; disorderly conduct, first-degree; alcohol intoxication in a public place; failure to appear, citation for misdemeanor.

William Joseph Case, 73, sodomy, first-degree, victim under 12 years of age; incest, victim under 12 years of age or serious physical injury.
