Obituary: Frances Mae Wheeler, 86, Bardstown

Frances Mae Wheeler, 86, of Bardstown, died Oct. 29, 2013, at Springfield Nursing and Rehab. She was born Sept. 27, 1927, in Hardin County. She was a homemaker and a member of Younger’s Creek Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elbert and Pearl Edna Hines Hall; and one sister, Linda Sherrard.

She is survived by her husband of 68 years, Charles Edward Wheeler; one sister, Laqueta Joy Masden of Bullitt County; one brother, Jack Dennis Hall of Bullitt County; and two nieces.

The funeral is 2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, at Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home in Bardstown with burial in Younger’s Creek Cemetery. Bro. Greg Crenshaw will officiate.

Visitation is 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, at the funeral home.
