Bardstown man arrested, charged with sex crimes against minor

Friday, April 8, 2011, 10 a.m. — A Bardstown man was arrested Thursday afternoon and charged with sex crimes.

William Joseph Case, 73, was arrested and charged with first-degree sodomy with a victim under 12 years of age and incest. According to jail records, Case was lodged in the Nelson County Jail about 2:30 Thursday afternoon. He was released later Thursday afternoon after posting a $100,000 property bond.
