EMS, police respond to reported self-injury Friday on Bard Ave.

emslogoFriday, Nov. 1, 2013, 9:30 p.m. — Nelson County EMS and Bardstown Police responded to the 100 block of Bard Avenue Friday night for a report of a suicide attempt. EMS and police arrived on scene about 8:30 p.m. and found a 22-year-old woman in the bathtub with a cut on one thumb and right forearm. She was transported to Flaget Memorial Hospital by EMS for treatment.
