SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING. At 5 p.m., the council will meet for a special-called meeting for the sole purpose of entering in a closed executive session for “discussions between a public agency and a representative of a business entity and discussion concerning a specific proposal, if open discussions would jeopardize the siting of the business.”
