Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013, 1:30 p.m. — The October 6, 2013, meeting of Rolling Thunder Kentucky Chapter Four took a different route for its monthly meeting. A change was in order and a Fun Run was planned. The ride took members through scenic back roads beginning in Lebanon Junction and ending at Giovanni’s, Georgetown, Kentucky. The public was invited to attend this to help our veterans.

Past Chapter Four President Jim Justice and his wife Dreama were present at the meeting. Receiving patches were Kate Benkert, Missie Justice, Terry and Jim Colgrove. Plans are under way for the Chapters annual Christmas party. Many Veterans Day activities are in the works that members proudly participate in.

Rolling Thunder will be participating in the flag raising of the POW/MIA Flag at Lebanon Junction on November 9, 2013. There are several parades in which the chapter will be a part of too.

Meetings are held monthly on the first Sunday and open to the public. Anyone can join Rolling Thunder even though many members are veterans and ride motorcycles, you don’t need to be a veteran or ride a bike to join. The major function of Rolling Thunder Inc. is to publicize the POW/MIA issue and committed to helping homeless and disabled veterans of all wars and other Veterans issues.
