Nathaniel Robey Houk, 19, theft by unlawful taking or disposition-shoplifting.

Bradley G. Hildabrand, 19, probation violation (for felony offense).

Michael Wayne Adcock, 48, theft by unlawful taking or disposition-shoplifting.

Carlos Mason Grimes, 62, theft by deception-include cold checks under $500 (13 counts).

Joshua Nolan Brennan, 23, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; speeding, 26 mph or more over limit; improper registration plate; failure to register transfer of motor vehicle.

Roy Allen Graham, 21, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Richard Anthony Krinke, 54, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.

Johnthan Levi Kyle, 20, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; trafficking in marijuana (less than 8 ounces); speeding, 17 mph over limit; possession of drug paraphernalia.

Moralles E. Hernandez, 21, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.; failure of owner to maintain required insurance/security; no registration plates; speeding, 26 mph or more over limit.

Glenetta M. Shoffner, 37, receiving stolen property, $10,000 or more; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; tampering with physical evidence; criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree; possession of burglary tools; burglary, second-degree.

Julie May Owens, 30, fraudulent use of a credit card, under $500 within a six month period;  theft by unlawful taking or disposition-shoplifting.

James T. Mattingly, 36, possession controlled substances, first-degree, (heroin) (2 counts); possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts).

Jeffery M. Johnson, 51, manufacturing methamphetamine; possession controlled substance, first-degree (methamphetamine) (2 counts); possession of drug paraphernalia (2 counts); tampering with physical evidence.
