Obituary: Carrie L. Stephens, 103, Bardstown
Carrie L. Stephens, 103, of Bardstown, died Sunday, Dec. 8, 2013, at her home. She was born June 26, 1910, in 
Spencer County. She was a homemaker and a member of Bloomfield Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, David Stephens; and two sons, James T. Stephens and Frank C. Stephens.
She is survived by one daughter, Helen Stephens of Bardstown; eight grandchildren, Pam Mason, Janet Stephens, Joy Hall, Patti Hoops, Roxanne Perry, James L. Stephens, Tim Stephens and Greg Stephens; 28 great-grandchildren; 13 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013, at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery. The Rev. Leland Parks will officiate.
Visitation is 4–8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013, and 9–11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2013, at Barlow Funeral Home.
