Obituary: Jamie Lee Herman, 52, Bardstown
JAMIE LEE HERMAN
Jamie Lee Herman, 52, of Bardstown, died Monday, Dec. 23, 2013. She was Jamie Lee Schroerlucke in Louisville and retired from General Electric Co. after serving in several management positions. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from WKU and a Masters of Education at U of L. She was the President of the Fine Arts Bardstown Society Art Gallery and President of the American Working Terriers of America.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Imogene Schroerlucke.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ted Herman; her father, Jim Schroerlucke; one brother, Pat Schroerlucke; one stepdaughter, Kristy Herman; her mother-in-law, June Herman and one sister-in-law, Robin Herman.
The funeral is 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013, at Barlow Funeral Home with burial in Bardstown Cemetery. The Rev. Ron Moore will officiate.
Visitation is 4-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 27, 2013, and 9-11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013, at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made to the Fine Arts Bardstown Society, in care of Jackie DeCesare, 1026 Stonehouse Ridge, Bardstown, KY 40004. Attn: FABS.
