Obituary: Lewis Gerald Livers, 59, Lebanon
Lewis Gerald Livers, 59, of Lebanon, died Thursday, Jan. 9, 2014, at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon. He was born March 6, 1954, in Marion County. He was a former employee of Cox’s Interior and a member of Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Johnny Irvin and Mary Janie Graham Livers; two sisters, Frances Arlene Reynolds and Phyllis Ann Livers; and four brothers, Ronnie “Red” Livers, Charles Prather Livers, Shortie Livers, and David Lee Livers, Sr.
Survivors include one daughter, Missy (B.J.) Mattingly of Lebanon; two brothers, Frank Livers of Campbellsville and Danny Livers of Finley; two sisters, Kathy Rice of Campbellsville and Doris Spalding of Springfield; and two grandchildren, J.R. Mattingly and Luke Mattingly.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Sunday, Jan. 11, 2014, at Our Lady of the Hills Catholic Church, with the Rev. Jim Rinehart officiating. Burial follows in the church cemetery.
Visitation is after 4 p.m. Friday at Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon. A prayer service is 7 p.m. Friday.
