Patrick Thomas Hamilton, 35, trafficking in controlled substances, first-degree, four or more ounces cocaine.

Jacob Michael Linton, 22, burglary, third-degree.

Hope Lynn Cherry, 38, assault, fourth-degree (domestic violence) minor injury.

James T. Mattingly, 36, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree (heroin); possession of a controlled substance, second-degree, drug unspecified; possession of drug paraphernalia; failure to or improper signal; contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Melvin Eugene Emery, 35, terroristic threatening, third-degree; violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.

James Devin Howard, 20, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order (3 counts).

Jonathan Strasshofer, 22, failure to appear.

Keith Anthony Webb, 43, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.
