Obituary: Charles Edward Wheeler, 92, Bardstown
Charles Edward Wheeler, 92, of Bardstown, died Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2014, at Springfield Nursing and Rehab 
in Springfield. He was the son of the late Lewis and Cecilia Wheeler in Hodgenville. He was a retired woodworker for Gamble Brothers.
He is survived by one brother, Harvey Wheeler of Fisherville; several nieces and nephews; and his caregiver, Joy Masden of Lebanon Junction.
The funeral is 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014, at the Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Crenshaw officiating. Burial is in The Youngers Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation is 10 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18, 2014 at the funeral home.
The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Crusade for Children.
The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
