Obituary: Helen Louise Blair, 62, Loretto

Helen Louise Blair, 62, of Loretto, died Thursday, Jan. 30, 2014, at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon.

She was born May 7, 1951, in Marion County. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her companion, Johnny Williamson; and her parents, William Tony and Mary Agnes Robey Blair.

Survivors include one daughter, Kim Blair of Louisville; one son, Troy Blair of Louisville; five sisters, Brenda Chesser and Sheila Keeling, both of Loretto, Mollie Wheeler of St. Francis, Patty Centers (Duane) and Lynn Lanham (Joe), all of Bardstown; one brother, Bobby Blair (Debbie) of St. Francis; three grandchildren, Kieara, Jason and Ashley.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Monday, Feb. 3, 2014, at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6785 Highway 52, St. Francis, with burial in the church cemetery. The Rev. R. Joseph Hemmerle will be the celebrant.

Visitation is 3-8 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, 2014, at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto with a prayer service at 5 p.m.

Mattingly Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
