Obituary: Margaret Ann Elder, 89, St. Mary’s
Margaret Ann Elder, 89, of St. Mary’s, died Friday, Jan. 31, 2014, at 
Spring View Hospital in Lebanon. She was born April 17, 1924, in Lebanon. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Charles Catholic Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Harold Elder, Sr. (2007); her parents, John Buford and Mayola Carrico Caldwell; and one brother, Eugene Caldwell.
Survivors include two daughters, Mary Ann Elder of St. Mary’s and Lisa (Mike) Venn, of Versailles;
two sons, James Harold “Jimmy” Elder, Jr, of St. Mary’s and Doug (Anita) Elder of St. Mary’s; five grandchildren, Erica Cecil, Jennifer Cecil, Chad Venn, Nikolas Venn, and Tricia Robert; five great-grandchildren, Olivia Gaddie, Gavin Lee, Thomas Phelps, Scarlett Blandford and Luke Robert.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 11 .am. Thursday, Feb. 6, 2014, at St. Charles Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery.
Visitation is after 4 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 5, 2014, at Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon with a 7 p.m. prayer service by Deacon Joe Dant.
Bosley Funeral Home in Lebanon is in charge of arrangements.
