Obituary: Delores Marie Violette, 82, Lebanon

Delores Marie Violette, 82, of Lebanon, died Wednesday, Feb. 12, 2014, at Norton Hospital in Louisville. She was born Aug. 15, 1931, in Lebanon and was retired from Telecom.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Lillian Young; and one daughter, Lisa Gale Violette Yates.

Survivors include her husband, Larry S. Violette of Lebanon; three daughters, Sheila Johnson of Columbia, Tenn, Alice Brady (Jim Dellinger) of Lebanon, Michelle (Al) Walston of Lebanon; four sons, Mike (Teresa) Violette of Bardstown, Terry Violette, Allen Violette and Larry (Lois) Violette, all of Lebanon; three sisters, Betty Peak of Key West, Fla., Peggy (Ray) Roundtree, Boston, Vicki (Terry) McConnell of Louisville; two brothers, Bill (Becky) Young of Louisville, Ronnie (Judy) Young of Houston, Texas; 21 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.

The funeral is 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014, at Bosley Funeral Home with burial in St. Augustine Church Cemetery.

Visitation is after 5 p.m. Friday at Bosley Funeral Home.

Bosley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
