Two arrested after regional task force drug raid at Bloomfield home

Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, 11:15 p.m. — Two Bloomfield residents were arrested 1drugraidWednesday night on drug charges following an investigation by the Greater Hardin County Narcotics Task Force.

Robert Cobble, 41, and Stephanie Hamilton, 40, were charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance, first-degree; possession of controlled substance, third-degree; and possession of drug paraphernalia after task force detectives executed a search warrant at their residence at 215 Taylorsville Road in Bloomfield. Cobble and Hamilton were lodged in the Nelson County Jail.

Task force detectives Mike Watts and McKenzie Mattingly also seized numerous weapons, ammunition and items commonly used to manufacture methamphetamine at the home. Additional charges against Cobble and Hamilton are expected.
