Bardstown teens cited on drug charges at Eastern Ky. U.

Thursday, Feb. 26, 2014, 1 p.m. — Two Bardstown 18-year-olds were cited by Eastern Kentucky University police on drug-related charges after an officer detected the smell of marijuana coming from the vehicle they were in.
According to the Eastern Progress, the Eastern Kentucky University student newspaper, Elizabeth Stills, 18, and Bradley Thomas, 18, both of Bardstown, and Kyle Steele, 19, of LaGrange, were cited for possession of drug paraphernalia on Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, while the three were in a vehicle in the Martin Lot near the Martin residence hall on the EKU campus.
The officer spoke with the teens about the marijuana smell and his search of the vehicle uncovered a glass pipe and water bong in the vehicle.
Possession of drug paraphernalia is a Class A misdemeanor.
