Toby Lee Taylor, 41, operating on a suspended or revoked operators license; leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance.

Larry Stephen Smith, 35, tampering with physical evidence and complicity to the same; theft by failure to make required disposition of property and complicity to the same; criminal mischief, first-degree and complicity to the same.
