Ivan David Garcia, 20, rape, second-degree, no force; sodomy, first-degree, incapable of consent/physically helpless.
Mark Anthony Spalding, 28, speeding, 13 mph over limit; failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance/security; failure to appear.
