Obituary: Melvin Russell Rhodes Jr., 54, Bardstown

Melvin Russell Rhodes Jr., 54, of Bardstown, died Wednesday, March 5, 2014, at Veterans Hospital in Louisville. He was a self-employed painter and a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his father, Melvin Russell Rhodes, Sr. of Bardstown.

A graveside service is 10 a.m. Friday, March 7, 2014, at the Bardstown Cemetery.

The Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home in Bardstown is in charge of arrangements.
