March 5, 2014

Ginger Marie Nichols, 46, theft by unlawful taking.

Jessica Lynn Saunders, 19, theft by unlawful taking/disposition-shoplifting.

Prentiss Dawayne Hobbs, 30, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

March 6, 2014

Shane J. Hamilton, 34, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; theft by unlawful taking or disposition-firearm; persistent felony offender, second-degree.

Brenton Wombles, 27, theft by deception, include cold checks under $10,000; persistent felony offender, second-degree.

Jessica Nicole Johnson, 31, possession of a controlled substance, first-degree (heroin) and complicity to the same; possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to the same; any felony charge not covered by these codes (2 counts).

Charles Keith Porter, 51, receiving stolen property under $10,000.

Lisa Michelle Walker, 36, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs/etc.

Tammy Marie Williamson, 42, contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order.

Elisabeth F. Ratliff, 35, promoting contraband, first-degree; contempt of court, libel/slander, resistance to order (2 counts).

Justin Lee Shain, 20, burglary, third-degree; operating on a suspended or revoked operators license.
