Listeners invited to call in, sound off on today’s ‘Brooks & Co.’
STAFF REPORT
Tuesday, March 11, 2014, 9 a.m. – Today’s “Brooks & Company” is “Open Lines Tuesday,” giving listeners an opportunity to sound-off on the issues they wish to discuss.
Among today’s topics: Proposed changes to the rules governing Sympson Lake — when weighing water quality vs. recreation, is there a way to strike a balance? The Bluegrass Pipeline partners are now members of our local chamber of commerce and gave a presentation at last week’s chamber luncheon. Should the General Assembly approve House Bill 31, which would prevent the pipeline company from using eminent domain to gain easements from property owners who won’t sell?
Listeners are invited to sound-off on these and any other topic on their minds this morning from 11 to noon on WBRT 1320 AM, 97.1 FM and streaming live online. Call the WBRT studio line, (502) 348-2222 to join the show!
